Shipping Information
Your jewellery travels to you from our small workshop in Tbilisi, Georgia.
When we ship
We hand parcels to the delivery service every Wednesday. If your order is placed after the weekly shipment has been prepared, it will normally leave the following Wednesday.
We will email you a tracking number as soon as the parcel is on its way. It may take 3–8 days for the first tracking update to appear.
Cost and delivery time
• Shipping: EUR 8
• Free shipping on orders over EUR 100
• Most international orders arrive within 10–25 days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates. Some destinations or individual parcels may take longer because of customs processing, holidays, weather or carrier delays.
No surprise import charges
Yu-Yulino covers applicable import taxes and duties for every destination. You should not need to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.
If you are unexpectedly asked for an import payment, contact us before paying it. We will investigate and resolve the issue with the delivery service.
If tracking stops updating
A delayed tracking update does not automatically mean that a parcel is lost. Contact us at info@yu-yulino.com with your order number and we will investigate it with the carrier.
If a parcel is lost
If, after investigation, the carrier confirms that the parcel is lost or cannot provide evidence that it was delivered, you may choose either a free replacement or a full refund.
If a one-of-a-kind piece can reasonably be remade, you may choose the remake or a full refund.

The table below is based on completed Yu-Yulino deliveries and is updated as new parcels arrive. These are real observed delivery times, not guaranteed arrival dates.
A blank field means that we do not yet have enough completed deliveries for that measurement. If your country is not listed, it does not mean that we cannot ship there.
