Yu-Yulino is a trading name operated by Yurkovska Yuliia Arkadiivna, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine under Unified State Register entry number 2010350000000461996.

Our jewellery is handmade and orders are fulfilled from our workshop in Tbilisi, Georgia.

These Terms of Service apply to your use of yu-yulino.com and to purchases made through the online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the product information shown before purchase, our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that applies to your purchase.

2. Using the store

You may use the store only for lawful purposes.

You must not interfere with the operation or security of the store, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, use the store fraudulently or infringe the rights of Yu-Yulino or another person.

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract in the country where you live. If you are not, an order must be placed by a parent, guardian or other legally authorised person.

Wholesale and other business-to-business purchases may be subject to separate written terms.

3. Products and handmade variations

We try to describe and photograph each piece accurately.

Because Yu-Yulino jewellery is handmade, small differences in shape, texture, surface, finish, measurements or weight may occur between pieces. These natural variations are part of handmade production and are not defects, provided that the piece still corresponds to its description and expected quality.

Colours and scale may appear differently depending on the screen and device used. Measurements and weights described as approximate may vary slightly.

The material, size, quantity, chain option and other variant selected on the product page form part of your order. Please review the selected options before completing checkout.

Most pieces are made after an order is placed, but standard made-to-order production does not mean that the item is personalised and does not remove any applicable return right.

4. Prices

Prices are generally displayed in EUR unless another currency is shown for your market or at checkout.

The product price, shipping charge and final order total are displayed before payment. Standard international shipping costs EUR 8 and is free on orders over EUR 100, unless a different amount is clearly shown at checkout.

Applicable import taxes and duties are covered by Yu-Yulino for every destination. You should not be asked to pay additional import charges when the parcel is delivered.

We may change prices for future orders. A price change does not affect an order that we have already accepted.

If an obvious pricing or technical error is discovered before an order is accepted, we may correct the error and ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price. If you do not, or if the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled, we will cancel it and refund any payment received. We will not increase an accepted order price without your agreement.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include supported payment cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Card and wallet payments may be processed through Hutko. Although prices are displayed in EUR, a card payment may be processed in UAH. The payment page displays the amount and currency before you confirm payment.

PayPal or your bank may offer currency conversion or apply its own exchange rate or fee. Yu-Yulino does not control a customer’s bank or payment provider exchange rate.

Payment must be authorised before an order can be accepted. Complete payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Yu-Yulino.

6. Placing and accepting an order

By completing checkout, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products using the information and price displayed.

The purchase contract is formed when we send an order confirmation after successful payment authorisation.

Please check the order confirmation and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.

We may refuse or cancel an order only where reasonably necessary, including when:

• payment is not authorised;

• a product cannot be made or supplied;

• the delivery destination is unavailable;

• the price or product information contains an obvious error;

• the order appears fraudulent or abusive;

• fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will notify you and issue a full refund through the original payment transaction.

7. Preparation, dispatch and delivery

Orders are prepared in our Tbilisi workshop and handed to the delivery service every Wednesday.

Estimated delivery is 10–25 days after dispatch unless a different estimate is shown or communicated for the order. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.

We send tracking information after dispatch. Tracking may take time to begin updating.

Customs processing, local holidays, severe weather, disruption, war, government action and carrier delays may affect delivery. We will provide reasonable assistance and preserve any remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. The consequences of incorrect addresses, uncollected parcels, carrier errors and lost parcels are explained in our Shipping Policy:

For consumer purchases, responsibility for accidental loss or damage normally passes to you when you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the order, subject to applicable law.

8. Cancellation before dispatch

Contact info@yu-yulino.com as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order.

If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the parcel has already been handed to the carrier, the applicable return process begins after delivery.

9. Returns and withdrawal rights

Yu-Yulino provides a voluntary 30-day return period. Customers may request a standard return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy.

Customers protected by European consumer law generally also have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Our voluntary 30-day period provides additional time and does not reduce that statutory right.

Return shipping for a standard return is paid by the customer when the customer was informed of this obligation before purchase. Where mandatory law requires reimbursement of the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge, it will be included in the refund.

Standard made-to-order Yu-Yulino pieces are not personalised and are not excluded from return merely because they were made after the order was placed.

10. Ring-size replacements

We offer one complimentary size replacement for each ring when requested within the period and under the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

The customer pays to send the original ring to our Tbilisi workshop. Yu-Yulino covers the replacement ring and its delivery to the customer.

If Yu-Yulino sent a size different from the size ordered, Yu-Yulino covers the necessary return and replacement costs.

11. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If an item arrives damaged, differs from what you ordered or appears to have a manufacturing fault, contact info@yu-yulino.com with the order number and clear photographs.

Do not send the item back before receiving instructions.

After the problem is confirmed, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law. This may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Yu-Yulino covers the necessary costs when the product is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Customers protected by EU consumer law have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty goods, and national law may provide additional protection.

Natural silver tarnishing, gradual surface wear, accidental damage, impact or damage caused by improper use are not manufacturing faults. This does not affect rights where an underlying manufacturing defect caused the damage.

12. Lost parcels

A delayed tracking update alone does not mean that a parcel is lost.

If the carrier confirms that a parcel is lost or cannot provide evidence of delivery, you may choose either a free replacement or a full refund.

For a one-of-a-kind piece, replacement is available if it can reasonably be remade. Otherwise, you may receive a full refund.

13. Accounts and order information

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping login details secure and for information submitted through the account.

You must provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and update it when necessary.

Contact us promptly if you believe that an account or order has been used without authorisation.

14. Intellectual property

The Yu-Yulino name, logo, jewellery designs, photographs, illustrations, text and other original website content are owned by Yu-Yulino or used with permission.

You may view the store and share ordinary links for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, manufacture, sell, commercially exploit, scrape or distribute our designs or content without prior written permission.

Nothing in this section restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

15. Third-party services and links

The store is hosted by Shopify and uses third-party services for payments, analytics, advertising and delivery.

A third-party service may apply its own terms and privacy policy when you interact directly with that service. Yu-Yulino is not responsible for the independent content or practices of an external website.

This does not remove Yu-Yulino’s responsibility for fulfilling your order or for service providers used on our behalf where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy choices concerning cookies, analytics and advertising can be managed through the privacy controls available in the store.

17. Liability

Yu-Yulino is responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by information supplied incorrectly by the customer, unlawful use of the store, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is prohibited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory liability relating to defective products and consumer rights.

We do not exclude any statutory right or remedy relating to non-conforming, faulty, damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods.

18. Changes to the website and these Terms

We may update the website, products and these Terms when reasonably necessary.

Changes to these Terms apply to future use and future orders from the stated update date. They do not retroactively remove rights under an order already accepted, unless a change is legally required or benefits the customer.

The version in effect when your order was accepted normally governs that order.

19. Severability and waiver

If part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

A delay in exercising a right does not waive that right.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and purchase contracts with Yu-Yulino are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of the country where you habitually reside where those protections apply.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring a claim exclusively before a court in Ukraine. Jurisdiction and available dispute-resolution rights are determined by applicable law.

21. Optional withdrawal notice

To notify us that you are withdrawing from an eligible purchase, you may email info@yu-yulino.com with a clear statement and your order number.

You may use the following wording, but it is not compulsory:
